These chicken skewers with pesto they were a real surprise! I found the recipe on an American site and the idea immediately intrigued me. The pieces of chicken breast are in fact covered with a fresh Genoese pesto and strung on a skewer, alternating with small tomatoes, and then cooked on the plate. The result is a colorful dish with a very captivating taste.
Today this recipe fits perfectly because I returned last night from Parma, where, in the Barilla factory in Rubiano, I followed their industrial process for the production of pesto with great interest.

How to make pesto chicken skewers
Start by preparing the weight by putting the ingredients in a mixer to blend them.
Cut the chicken breast into pieces and add it to the pesto you just prepared.
Turn the meat over to mix it.
Prepare the skewers by alternating a piece of meat with a cherry tomato.
When all the skewers are ready, cook them on both sides for 15 minutes on a very hot grill.
Your chicken pesto skewers are ready to be brought to the table.
