Incipit ... I love salmon and I think I have found the combination that I like most with pistachios. The recipe is very simple, it is salmon fillets passed in a breading enriched with parmesan, parsley and pistachios, I added a drizzle of oil and I baked a delicious second course. After a nice breakfast and a jog, I'm going to get ready for a nice walk, a hug and we'll read tomorrow.
How to make salmon fillet with pistachios
Cut the salmon fillet into 2 or 3 pieces
Prepare the pistachio breading on a plate by chopping together pistachios, breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper
Roll each salmon fillet in the resulting breading
Then arrange the fillets on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, cover with a drizzle of oil and bake
Cook the fish at 180 degrees for 25 minutes
Serve the salmon fillet with pistachios on plates
