Carp with lemon sauce and baked garlic
From the same carp from the previous recipe, I made a small part in the oven:
Through the bowl I added some tomatoes and a few vegetables from the soup. I also prepared a sauce based on olive oil, lemon and garlic with various spices to taste and I poured it over:
I then put the preparation in the oven for 25 minutes, convection, 180 degrees:

The thighs came out delicious, tender and fragrant, not to mention cabbage, sour and caramelized so you couldn't stop eating).

In the remaining fat we put the vegetables cleaned, washed and cut as desired for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Then we put them next to the duck and bake for another 15-20 minutes together at 180 degrees.

A simple and tasty recipe for baked goat steak that I served for Easter and that I recommend. The tender and delicious meat acquired a special flavor given by the aromatic herbs and garlic, being accompanied by a garnish of baked potatoes.
For the preparation you need the following ingredients: 760 g goat meat, with bone (this amount involved, in this case, 2 goat legs, one front and one back) 700 g potatoes, cut into cubes of the right size 10 cloves garlic, whole 6 tablespoons oil 2 tablespoons Italian greens , dried (mixture of rosemary, oregano, basil) salt ground black pepper.
Preparation of baked goat meat with aromatic herbs, potatoes and garlic: In a large enough tray, in which the meat and potatoes should take place (without the tray crowding), place the potatoes.
