  • 125 ml oil
  • 100 g sugar for rolling

RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert fasting biscuits with anise and white wine:

In a large bowl, mix the sifted flour and baking powder, then the sugar and the anise and over the solid ingredients we put the liquid ones, ie the wine and the oil.

Knead well until you get an elastic dough and easy to handle.

!!! (Depending on the dough if it came out harder or softer, you can add flour or wine) !!!

We put the dough obtained in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour or a maximum of 2 days, the longer we keep it, the more fragile the biscuits are.

Remove the dough from the cold and spread it on the work table 1cm high and with a circle make round shapes (I made with a glass of brandy: D).

Pass each circle through the sugar, only on one side and place them on a baking paper tray with the sugar side up.

I had 60 pieces, but the circle also matters, if it is bigger, 40 biscuits can come out.

Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes.

When they are ready, we let them cool and they can be served with gusto!

I go very well with something warm next to me!
