We need the following ingredients:
- 10 small mushrooms,
- 1 red bell pepper,
- 1 small red onion,
- 4-5 suitable potatoes
- spices: tarragon, chili, salt
- dressing: 2 teaspoons of mustard, the juice of half a lemon and half an orange

RECIPE PREPARATION Flavored salad:
Season the diced potatoes and mushrooms with salt and chili to taste. Steam the vegetables (I used a dry cooker) until they penetrate well.
