Even though it's pretty cold outside, I decided to make an ice cream today. And because I'm a vanilla fan, that's exactly what I did.
- 5 yolks
- 200 gr sugar
- 500 ml of milk
- 500 ml fresh
- vanilla essence
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Vanilla ice cream:
Mix the yolks with the sugar until creamy. Add the milk in a thin thread and continue mixing. Put on low heat until it thickens a little (maximum 6-7 minutes). Be careful not to leave more because it will cut. Remove from the heat and add the vanilla. Stir and let cool. Beat the whipped cream and add over the egg cream only after it has cooled completely. Put in pans and put in the freezer. I decorated it with caramel topping.
